Senior IT Project Manager

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an IT Manager to join a prestigious, international law firm. The IT Manager will oversee the firm's operations and work to improve infrastructure and workflow. The ideal candidate will have superior technical and project management skills and be able to work directly with firm shareholders on strategic initiatives.  This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who has excellent communication skills and a talent for helping even the savviest of everyday users.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee IT strategy and long-term project management for the firm
• Develop full-scale project plans and lead project management, communicate updates appropriately
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and oversee budget throughout project
• Oversee team, ensuring milestones are met and mentoring junior staff
• Partner with senior management on stakeholders to support business goals
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and conclusions to firm leadership
• Develop and maintain necessary business relationships to ensure project success

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in IT Management
  • Large law firm or legal services experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Technical certifications preferred (PMP, CSM, etc.)
• Technical skills:
  • Project, program, collaboration, and portfolio management tools experience
• Ability to work with personnel across all levels

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
