Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support the busy professional development and HR team of a global law firm. This role will act as a first point of contact for external recruiting partners, track and manage logistics, and work closely with contracted attorneys to ensure all HR functions run seamlessly. This is a great opportunity for a recent grad with legal HR internship experience or someone with a year of professional experience working in legal HR or professional development.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate with recruiting partners on attorney staffing requests
  • Manage multiple department calendars
  • Coordinate various events and meeting, including travel arrangements
  • Track various HR related data points and manage workflow database details
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, experience with iManage a plus

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
