The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a 6 month part-time Contract Review Attorney for a successful environmental non-profit. This is a terrific role for an up-and-coming licensed attorney with 1+ years of experience looking to gain more experience in corporate contracts arena. This is a temporary PT position and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
Review and analyze 500+ contracts per year
Review agreements and research legal issues related to contract
Assist General Counsel with additional legal projects as needed
Assist with other special projects
Qualifications Include:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed in at least 1 US State or the District of Columbia
1+ years of experience in corporate contracts
Strong interpersonal skills and ability interact with different constituencies (other attorneys, clients, courtroom officials)
Only candidates who are based in the DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation will be considered.
