Job Description

The Ford Agency has partnered with a trade association in the tech space in their search for a well-rounded Operations Director. This role will provide support in Operations, HR, and administrative realms acting as the hub for this boutique team of professionals. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has a diverse background and an ability to juggle shifting priorities while keeping their eye on the big picture. Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee operations and HR activities and manage department budgets
  • Interact regularly with 3rd party partners for HR and benefits
  • Maintain and update policies, training guides, and other HR/operational documents
  • Ensure daily needs of the office are handled and appropriate resources are acquired
  • Coordinate internal meetings and events
  • Collaborate with leadership on various initiatives and strategies
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of operations experience
  • 3+ years of HR or benefits administration experience
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong and professional communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, and other creative software
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
