Job Description

The Ford Agency is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for a prestigious DC law firm. The Coordinator will play an integral part in organizing and implementing the firm's summer associate, fall recruitment programs, and lateral recruitment processes. This role is well suited to candidates with at least two years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for the next step!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with the fall recruitment program: liaise with law schools, register for on-campus interview and job fairs, coordinate and attend recruitment events, schedule interviews, and serve as a point of contact for candidates  
  • Support the summer associate program: organize and monitor summer events, prepare orientation schedules, assist with coordinating summer assignments, prepare for mid and end of summer reviews, and summarize program survey 
  • Overall logistical support: prepare and manage law school feedback forms and surveys and oversee and process recruitment expenses and budgets 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 2+ years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm  
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)  
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to juggle competing priorities 

Candidates for this position must be based in the DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
