Trademark Docketing Specialist
Job Description
The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a Docketing Specialist to join a busy DC law firm. This is a great role for an individual who has at least 1 years of docketing experience and is looking to start working immediately with a great team. This is a temporary role, has a hybrid work model, and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.

Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare client updates on domestic and foreign trademark applications
- Correct database errors and maintain well organized system
- Enter deadlines and other details regarding domestic and foreign trademark applications and registrations
- Notify attorneys and paralegals of upcoming deadlines
- Create status reports as needed
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 1+ years' experience of trademark experience in a law firm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Experience with WebTMS
- Familiarity with trademark prosecution filing requirements and processes
